Mr. Kamrul Bari has professional experience on construction and engineering,both at home and abroad. During the tenure of his professional service, he has worked in power sector mainly in the field of construction of transmission line and power plant project.

His job in power sector has been planning and project management, tendering and project procurement. He has vast experience of working with various power plants as a member of EPC design team to assist in the preparation of General Arrangement (GA) of the plant, monitoring and reviewing of topographical survey of the project site and its surrounding, monitoring and reviewing of geo-technical investigation and analysis, assist in providing the inland and water communication systems to plant site, assist and providing relevant hydrological, meteorological and seismic data, monitoring and reviewing of hydro-morphological study of river for plant intake water, assist in the assessment of flood pattern and drainage characteristic around project area.Activities during the project implementation stage included Project Scheduling, Coordination with employer(s), EPC Contractor and other concerned stake holders, construction management, assist in the preparation oftransportation and erection system of heavy equipment of project, assist in conducting NOX level test of exhaust gas, site coordination meeting , site safety management , overall management of site activities, coordination and management of plant performance test.
