Feasibility Study of Khulna 800 MW LNG Based Combined Cycle Power Plant Project

CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR FEASIBILITY STUDY OF THE PROPOSED 750-850 MW DUEL-FUEL (HSD & LNG) BASED CCPP (SUB-CONTRACT).

North-West Power Generation Company Limited (NWPGCL), an enterprise of Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) is planning to install a 800MW LNG based Combined Cycle Power Plant at Khalishpur. The 1st block is expected to be on commercial operation in December 2019 and the 2nd block is June 2020. The power plant is designed to use natural gas as the main fuel and HSD as an alternative fuel.
